fiREG was founded in Hungary in 2017 by a software engineer and a fire safety expert. We develop it together with leading maintenance companies, and build only what users really need.

Getting started is not a software installation but putting your records in order. No IT work: fiREG runs in the browser and on mobile.
Access and QR labels
After signing, your logins arrive by email and the fiREG QR labels by post.
Sites, staff, equipment
Upload or import from your existing Excel files; set permissions by site and equipment type.
Invite your maintenance providers
Invite any number of maintenance companies at no extra cost to them. The data stays yours.
QR codes and the first log
Place the QR codes; after the first walk-round, your first electronic operating log is created at a click.
An on-site check with fiREG: scan the QR code, record it on the phone, and the log is ready instantly.
